NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) ("the Authority") is seeking suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver primary medical services under an APMS contract at Earls Barton Medical Centre and Penvale Park Medical Centre (in 2 Lots). As part of the service, the Authority is seeking innovation in the provision of integrated primary care services, which align to both the national and local strategic plan, i.e.:
• Do things differently
• Preventing illness, tackle health inequalities
• Provide world class care for major health problems
• Making better use of data and digital technology
• Backing the workforce.
The contract will be for a period of 10 years (with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 5 years) i.e., a maximum term of 15 years, commencing 01st April 2024. Based on the current contracts and 2023-24 Tariff levels, it is anticipated that the service provision resultant of this procurement will have an annual agreement value in the region of:
• Lot 1: Earls Barton Medical Centre - £533,752 (excl. VAT) plus £53,375 in the first year for set up costs.
