Explanation:
Award is best on value for money proposition. The scope is for price benchmarking for technical services in support of contract review of the Technical Services Agreement between Sellafield Ltd and the National Nuclear Laboratory. The awarded supplier undertook the previous benchmarking exercise prior to contract award of the Technical Services Agreement which enabled knowledge retention and continuity. This has been reflected in the price provided.
