NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Integrated Care Board ( STW ICB) is embarking on a program of reviewing and redesigning improved All Age Neurodiversity Services (currently Autism and ADHD in particular). STW ICB wishes to engage with Providers to help review, shape and design the best possible pathways and service processes for All Age Neurodiversity Services within the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Locality.
This review and redesign contribution would be via a series of engagement events, which may take the form of forums, workshops, questionnaires etc. outputs of which will inform the redesign work and future commissioning options that may be developed. Any Providers, Professional Organisations, Public Sector Organisations and Third-sector Organisations wishing to express an interest in engaging in this process within the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin (STW) area should register their interest and complete the questionnaire on the Atamis Health Family eCommercial System at https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome, no later than 16:00 hours on Friday 30 May 2025.

NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Integrated Care Board ( STW ICB) is embarking on a program of reviewing and redesigning improved All Age Neurodiversity Services (currently Autism and ADHD in particular). STW ICB wishes to engage with any Providers, Professional Organisations, Public Sector Organisations and Third-sector Organisations to help review, shape and design the best possible pathways and service processes for All Age Neurodiversity Services within the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Locality.
STW ICB is seeking Expressions of Interest (EoIs) from potential providers that are suitably qualified and experienced in delivering Neurodiversity Services, but in particular seeking expressions of interest from providers who currently deliver any or all of the following:
- Autism Assessment
- Autism Support – pre or post diagnosis
- Autism Advice and/or Signposting
- ADHD Assessment
- ADHD Prescribing/medical intervention
- ADHD non-medical interventions
- ADHD Support – pre or post diagnosis
- ADHD Advice or Signposting
Any Organisation wishing to express an interest in engaging in this process within the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin (STW) area should register their interest and complete the questionnaire on the Atamis Health Family eCommercial System at https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome, no later than 16:00 hours on Friday 30 May 2025.
The potential contract period and value are not currently available at this stage as this PIN is purely to assist with the re-design of pathways and processes within the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Health Care System through a series of engagements.
Please only express an interest if you have the relevant authority to do so on behalf of your organisation.
The STW ICB reserves the right not only to change/amend it’s approach but also reserves the right not to proceed with any future procurement.
Please note those Organisation's that have expressed an interest will still be required to register separately for any future procurement and should not rely on their response to this EoI to participate in market engagement.

It should be noted that this is not a procurement exercise at this stage and participating organisation's are responsible for their own costs. All details provided by STW ICB are indraft format, and STW ICB reserves the right to change/amend any aspect of its requirement prior to any potential future procurement exercise.
The ICB reserves the right not only to change/amend its approach but also reserves the right not to proceed with any procurement.
The Commissioner reserves the right to contact any Organisation in reference their response, though the Commissioner is not committed to do so.
