The contract is for 6-month from 1st April 2025 to 30th April 2025 awarded under DAP C (to enable completion of planned procurement). The aggregate contract value is forecasted at£169,879.

The Positive Pathways Service supports adults in the community on a short-term basis to stay well and thrive. We accept professional referrals from GP surgeries, Mental Health Practitioners, Social Prescribers and NHS Community Mental Health Teams.
The contract is for 6-month from 1st April 2025 to 30th April 2025 awarded under DAP C to the existing provider (to enable completion of planned procurement). The aggregate contract value is forecasted at£169,879.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 21st May 2025. This contract has not yet formally been been awarded, this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
