The City of Edinburgh Council are alerting the marketplace, we are reviewing our requirements for our future external service provision for a Learning Experience Journey System for use within our Nurseries, Primary Schools, and Special Schools.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Council estimate we will require support for up to 114 school establishments (that provide education to approximately 39,703 learners) that will utilise a Learning Experience Journey System.
The system will be used by educators throughout our schools.
The system will also be used outside of school by parents/carers of learners and the learners themselves.
A system that can be accessed through apps and/or through an internet browser is essential.
It will be an on-going requirement with an anticipated contract lifetime period of 5 years, that is an initial 4 years, with a +1 year extension option.
The system/tool solution would be used in nurseries and primary/special schools to document and support assessment of children's learning and development. It serves as a means of communication and collaboration between parents, educators, and the child, providing a comprehensive record of the child's progress and achievements.
