Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
PONI intend to modify the current contract ID 2570047 DAC 16/19 due to
an upgrade path becoming necessary due to end of life support on SQL
servers. The Value of this modification will be £112,560.

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire.
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
An upgrade path has become necessary due to end of life support on SQL server which can only be completed by the current supplier as they hold exclusive technical rights to the software which is a critical and heavily bespoked for OPONI and no other supplier would be permitted to complete this work.
