This is a Prior Information Notice for a Electrolyser Alkaline Test Station.

The National Physical Laboratory (NPL) seeks an alkaline water electrolyser test station for single cell electrolysers, capable of testing cells at up to 250 A at elevated pressures performing electrochemical experiments such as polarisation curves, cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. It should be fully programmable for continuous operation. It must be able to test using electrolytes of 0.2 M to 50 wt % KOH at elevated temperatures.
