As part of a process to understand existing buildings emissions and deliver carbon reductions, as part of the Decarbonisation Programme, the Council wishes to undertake a programme of Building Surveys, Decarbonisation Plans and LED Outline Designs for a selection of buildings under its control. The aim is to understand existing energy performance measured against current published standards and building codes, and then identify feasible measures to upgrade performance and reduce carbon–intensive technologies, systems and emissions.
