The Council has its own in-house repairs service that undertakes a proportion of this work, however demand often outweighs this capacity, thus additional contractors are required to ensure the Council can fulfil its repair obligations.

We are looking for Contractors who can undertake some or all of the following works, which may involve the replacement of single or multiple building elements in the following areas:

• Drainage and Groundworks

• Fencing

• Pitched roofing works

• Flat roofing works

• Various external property maintenance works

• Various internal property maintenance works

• Demolition works

• Electrical works

• Painting and Decorating
