University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust wish to refurbish and refit their laundry operation located at St Richard’s Hospital (SRH) in Chichester to be fully compliant with HTM 01-04 and BS EN 14065.The laundry is currently processing circa 100,000 pieces per week on a single shift over 5 days. The refurbished operation must be capable of producing 100,000+ pieces in a 35-hour shift in a productive and energy efficient manner. This operation will then expand to 200,000+ pieces capacity over 2 shifts.
