Liverpool City Council will establish a dynamic purchasing system for SEN, social care and social inclusion passenger transport services. This will include the services of passenger assistants.
Once established, the suppliers appointed to the dynamic purchasing system will be invited to bid for specific requirements which will be further detailed in the tender documents.
