Sport NI require a DAC for support of the current grant management system for a period of 24 months to allow for new Finance and HR Systems to be procured and implemented as part of a digital transformation programme – this will also allow a period of stability for these new systems before reviewing Sport NI’s Grant Management provision.

Explanation:

Sport NI will rely on a derogation in accordance with Reg 32 (2) (b) (iii). This would be on the basis that Blackbaud own the source code and IPR to the BBGM software and would not permit any other supplier to use or support.
