Provision of between six and twelve D2A Beds within a CQC regulated Nursing Home located within the Swindon area. This provision will be to allow people who are medically able to leave the acute hospital within Swindon and provide a more suitable environment to assess their ongoing care and support needs.

The estimated annual value of the contract will be between £250,000 and £500,000 per year based on a contract of between six and twelve beds.

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of D2A Nursing Beds within the Swindon area.

Project Description

Provision of between six and twelve D2A Beds within a CQC regulated Nursing Home located within the Swindon area. This provision will be to allow people who are medically able to leave the acute hospital within Swindon and provide a more suitable environment to assess their ongoing care and support needs.

Contract Period

The contract will be initially for a period of 24 months commencing 01 February 2022 with the option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months as per the contract terms and conditions.
