Justification:
South Tees Development Corporation have just successfully signed an agreement with a developer of a major new investment on the site. To allow for the ground remediation, site preparation, build and the connection to the High Voltage network the detailed works are necessary.
Teesworks have placed orders for the components with the longest lead times but with the volatile market conditions and amount of work required to complete the installation an urgent procurement is required to deliver the full scope by the required completion date.
