Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority is committed to ensuring fairness, openness and transparency; and to following EU procurement regulations. The Prior information Notice (PIN) is issued solely for the purpose of conducting pre-procurement market testing. Interested parties will not be prejudiced or advantaged by any response, or lack of response, to the PIN. A response to the PIN does not guarantee any invitation to participate in any future procurement.

The Combined Authority’s mission is to shape growth in the region, to make Cambridgeshire and Peterborough a leading place in the world to live, learn, work, visit and do business. We will achieve this by:

• Doubling the size of the local economy by 2042 and thereby creating thousands of new well-paid jobs

• Providing the UK’s most technically skilled workforce

• Improving the quality of life by tacking areas suffering from deprivation

• Accelerating housebuilding to meet local needs

• Delivering outstanding and much needed connectivity in terms of transport and digital links

We want all residents in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough to have access to high-quality, motivating and inspiring learning opportunities throughout their life, delivered in the community, the workplace or blended methods. Courses will help residents to:

• Gain valuable qualifications that boost employment prospects, skills and knowledge for well-paid jobs, rising incomes, sharing prosperity in our region

• Accelerate promotion at work and progression to courses at Level 2 and 3 or to higher education

• Build confidence, self-esteem and community connection through volunteering

• Improve health and wellbeing through enriching learning opportunities
