Facilities and staff to manage a large ex-situ collection of an array of vegetables and an array of peas. The successful supplier will be required to maintain the genetic materials in appropriate UK based storage for long term preservation of vegetable and pea species. The successful supplier(s) will have facilities to operate extensive cold and dry storage. Propagation and planting out facilities suitable for multiple commercial species and the ability to supply materials to researchers on request, in line with our commitments under the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture.
