Scope

Description

This PPN Aims to provide potential providers with an overview of the opportunity to manage car parking services for Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (UHB). The Health Board is seeking innovative and effective solutions to enhance parking facilities while aligning with its wider transport and sustainability policies.

Contract dates (estimated)

  • 4 November 2025 to 4 November 2028
  • Possible extension to 4 November 2030
  • 5 years, 1 day

Description of possible extension:

extension options of 24months to be enacted at yearly intervals at the sole discretion of the Health Board. These extension options will be used if a re-tender at the initial terms of the agreement is deemed to not provide best value for money.

Compliance Systems: Robust procedures for health & safety, data protection, customer service, and dispute resolution.
