The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to provide Bidders with sufficient information to enable them to compile a comprehensive response that meets the Procurement requirements for either or all of the following Lots:
Lot 1: Endoscopy Insourcing Services
Lot 2: Endoscopy and Outpatient Services
Lot 3: General and Colorectal Outpatient Services
This procurement is being undertaken on behalf of The Northern Care Alliance NHS Group (NCA), between Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust and Pennine Acute NHS Foundation Trust, with potential future Services being delivered at North Manchester General Hospital, on behalf of Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.
Tenders are invited for the provision of Services, intended to commence in November 2021, under an initial two-year contract, with the option to extend for a further period of up to twelve months, up to a maximum term of 3 years. All awarded contracts will, be zero value, with no guaranteed volumes.

The Contractor shall be responsible for the provision of a high quality, timely, accurate, secure and reliable endoscopy and outpatient service, delivering the full patient pathway from first outpatient appointment to diagnostics, including any follow-up activitity.
