This is a Prior Information Notice for a Cryo Free JJ Volt System procurement.

The National Physical Laboratory requires a Cryo Free JJ Volt System.

Requirements overview: A complete primary voltage calibration system built around a Josephson array quantum standard with liquid cryogen-free cooling. The system should be capable of providing SI traceable DC voltages up to 10 V, to uncertainties of order 10 nV/V. The capability to generate AC voltages up to a few kHz is also desirable. No liquid helium should be required for either cool-down or routine operation, and the system should be designed for continuous operation for periods of at least 6 months.
