NI Water is seeking to appoint a single vendor who can provide maintenance, spare parts, bare shaft/service exchange units, rental equipment and OEM support for Aerzen Compressors and Blowers

Justification for not using lots
Preliminary Market Engagement showed that suppliers could supply all aspects of the goods and services required. Dividing into lots would unnecessarily reduce the economies of scale. There is also a benefit to the business of having a single supplier, support the equipment detailed in the Specification.
