The NWUPC Ltd is seeking to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement on behalf of the members of NWUPC, NEUPC, LUPC, SUPC and HEPCW for the provision of services for the recovery, refurbishment and repair of IT equipment to support the reuse and repurposing of equipment and component parts working towards or maintaining zero percent landfill. The service provided will be free of charge (though there is scope for paid for ‘enhanced’ options), provide environmental and social value benefits and have the potential to allow institutions to extract residual value from their redundant IT assets. The Framework will commence on November 1st 2021 for an initial period of two years until 31st October 2023 with the option to extend the Agreement for 12 months until 31st October 2024 and a further 12 months until 31st October 2025 subject to satisfactory Economic Operator performance.
