The works comprise of periodic inspection and testing of fixed electrical installations to properties which the council’s own/maintained properties to ensure that they function effectively and efficiently throughout its years of service.

The works will be carried out at various properties which the council own/manage. This can include domestic occupied properties e.g., houses, bungalows, high-low-rise flats, maisonettes, sheltered housing complexes etc.

The Contractor may also be asked to work in Schools, Public Buildings, Care Homes etc.
