The purpose of this framework is to provide operational support via suppliers who are in a position to provide skilled labor via direct secondment to the Culham Science Center in the key areas of operation as identified in Task order detail in this document.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement
Consultants awarded Framework Agreements will be required to compete for Individual Task Orders (where identified Lot requirements are defined) and are not guaranteed to be awarded any Task Orders under their Framework Agreement. Task Orders placed under the Framework Agreement shall be to the NEC Professional Service Contract (PSC).
Task orders will be subject to a Mini Competition evaluation stage, each scored question will be assigned a weighting, and specific method statements / scoring criteria, this will be indicated in the proposed work package. Awarded suppliers cannot submit rates that exceed the original rates submitted as part of the supplier’s tender response.
