The trust are looking for a single provider for all building, maintenance and electrical works for projects of approximately £50,000 or less.
We are looking for value for money - not just for the initial capital cost but also the whole asset life cycle, certainty of delivery in terms of time and cost; Consistent delivery of quality in design and construction and the introduction of continuous improvement through collaborative working, the adoption of benchmarking and performance management; Improved management of risk and optimising the sustainable delivery of construction works for the trust.
