Description

The Authority require the provision of a full (reactive and planned) Maintenance of Firing Range & Firing Equipment including Statutory Inspections Service. The reactive and planned service shall be provided on a 24/7/365 basis across the MPS Estate.

The awarded Supplier shall supply the Services, including but not limited to, planned maintenance, statutory inspections/ compliance testing and a reactive call out service for the repair and replacement of Firing Range and Firing Equipment.

Total value (estimated)

  • £2,253,000 excluding VAT
  • £2,703,600 including VAT

  • 29 April 2026 to 28 April 2031
  • Possible extension to 27 April 2033
  • 6 years, 11 months, 29 days

Description of possible extension:

One year plus One optional extensions up to a maximum contract duration of 7 years total.

The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid.

The awarded Supplier shall also undertake small works projects up to an approved threshold value (currently £25k per project) including the following asset types:
