The university seeks to award a two supplier framework agreement for contractors to carry out a range of technical projects and activities across the development cycle including technical design, analysis, development, testing and deployment, to extend and enhance existing solutions and develop new processes and services, ensuring that they are fit for purpose and meet strategic and user requirements.

The university has already approached the market via employment agencies and has been unable to find a suitable candidate for employment. For that reason, employment agencies that submit tenders will be excluded from the competitive process.
