NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England Midlands (The Commissioners) notified the market of an opportunity to provide School-Aged Immunisation Service (SAIS) in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (Lot 1), Lincolnshire (Lot 2), and Northamptonshire (Lot 3).

The service commencement date is 1 September 2025 and shall run until 31 August 2028. The contract(s) will be for an initial three (3) year term with the option to extend for a further two (2) years.

NHS England - Midlands intend to award a contract to Leicestershire Partnership Trust for the Provision of School Aged Immunisation Service for Lot 1: Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland following a robust Competitive Process.

The contract will be for a duration of 3 years initial term with an extension period of up to 2 Years.

The service commencement date is 1 September 2025 and shall run until 31 August 2028.

The lifetime value of the contract (including extensions) is £5, 211, 173.95

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice.

Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 19th May 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR.
