Swansea Council seeks a suitably experienced Skate, Street and Wheeled Sports Consultant / Project Manager to ascertain the full extent of the services to be completed within the agreed budget envelop and inform the investment strategy. This review will work in line with local demand, based upon proportionate consultation with key stakeholders, user groups and the local communities, building on the initial review, and Market Testing exercise that has taken place.

Following this appointment and the completion of the market insight and consultation phase, the Council envisages it will receive an output report which details out the outcomes of the consultation, and a series of options for investment to include budget costs and phasing in priorities.

It is anticipated that the Council will then be able to procure a works package, retaining the appropriate consultant in order to throughout appoint Contractor(s) to carry out the Design and Build phases.

- Design and invest in new facilities, as appropriate, through Swansea .
