Due to the proposed changes to the Children’s Hearing System, West Lothian College are the only supplier with the expertise, methodology and resources that would be able to complete this work in the timescale required. To ensure the continuity of essential learning for the CHS community to enable the National Convener to continue to fulfil their obligation to provide trained Panel Member to make decisions and give reasons within hearings.
