This contract is for the provision of Broadband Connectivity Services including any required infrastructure changes to South Pennie Academies Trust schools and main office site(s).

This contract will be initially for three years running from 01/07/22 until 31/06/2025. There will be two possible extensions of 12 months meaning the total contract length will potentially be 5 years in total.

Throughout the initial contract period the Trust’s sites will still be under contract with various ISPs.

Throughout this contract the successful tenderer will be required to carry out the pre-work needed to ensure that each site identified can be transferred smoothly with the site in question experiencing no loss in connection. In the case of delays the successful tenderer will be required to provide a temporary connectivity solution.
