Lewisham Council is inviting submissions for the Tender for an Intensive Housing Advice and Floating Support Service in Lewisham. The Service Provider will run an intensive short-term housing advice and support service within Lewisham for single adults and families who have at risk tenancies or resettlement needs. There will be a requirement to manage a caseload of 150 singles and 50 families at any one time.

There is a requirement to provide a staff office for the service which will need to be based in Lewisham
