The Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission trading as Historic England wishes to establish a framework for quantity surveying services for general quantity surveying and public inquiry support related to a) it’s estate of historic sites, associated buildings, offices, and new buildings and b) other buildings, monuments and structures in England which are of interest to Historic England. The vast majority of the historic sites are part of the National Collection of over 400 properties which are managed by the English Heritage Trust.
