Street Lighting and Tanker Services are seeking to implement a standalone traffic management framework contract.

The contractor is required to provide traffic management on all roads including motorways for Streetlighting and Tanker Services. There are approximately 5,000 highway drainage gullies on roads that are or greater than 40mph speed limits that require cleaning on an annual basis. There are approximately 24,000 streetlighting columns that require testing on a cyclical basis. Both services require gully cleansing and testing in a safe manner under the provision of traffic management.
