Origin Housing is seeking a Service Provider to undertake all Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishment Works across their stock portfolio of properties. The Service Provider is also required to undertake the full call-centre function. Elements of Planned Works may be included within the Contract, but such works are not guaranteed.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Origin Housing provides over 6,700 homes across London and Hertfordshire, offering a wide range of housing options.

Origin are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to enter into a five year contract, with the potential for a five year extension.

The anticipated annual value of the contract is between 5,000,000.00 GBP and 7,000,000.00 GBP. This does not take into account annual fluctuation uplifts over the term of the Contract.

The required works and services will include responsive repairs, void refurbishments and call-centre operations. Elements of planned works may also be included.

Origin reserves the right not to award any contract pursuant to this procurement exercise and/or to abandon this procurement exercise at any time and/or to award a contract for part of the works and/or services at its sole discretion. Origin shall have no liability whatsoever to any applicant or tenderer as a result of its exercise of that discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, all costs incurred by any applicant and/or tenderer before signature of any contract with Origin shall be incurred entirely at that applicant's/tenderer's risk.

The Business Transfers Directive 2001/23/EC as implemented by the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, may apply to the transfer of personnel from the current Contract under this procurement.
