Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of residential property valuations services
The Supplier will be required to undertake a full valuation, inspecting a property both internally and externally, providing and preparing full plans of the residential property in order to recommend the current market value.
The Supplier is required to undertake accurate and timely inspections and valuations of the Authority’s dwellings, in line with the “RICS Code of Practice: Right to Buy - valuations for right to buy, right to acquire and equity sharing of social housing (revised 2009)”.
The proposed Contract will be for three years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further one year. We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier.
