This Framework Agreement is for the repair, maintenance and refurbishment of Council owned dwellings for both vacant and occupied.

Wrexham CBC has an ongoing commitment to refurbishing all its properties up to the Welsh Government’s Welsh Housing Quality Standard and where properties become vacant, they are to be refurbished to meet a very high and modern standard. Work is also expected to take place in occupied properties to deliver the same high standards of accommodation across the housing stock.
