NHS LPP has been engaged by the CapitalNurse programme to support an initiative to improve access to a sustainable, long term supply of suitable quality accommodation in London at an affordable cost, located at a reasonable distance for the Nurses’ place of work.
As part of this work, NHS LPP has conducted interviews with Internationally Recruited Nurse (IRN) leads and accommodation leads at the London Trusts to establish their requirements in the short and longer term.
Some key findings emerging from these interviews have identified that some NHS Trusts have partnered with, or have a contractual arrangement with, Registered Providers of Social Housing, and / or providers of Student Accommodation. As such, this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is a request for further information to understand your, and the market’s, appetite and capacity for providing such longer term accommodation in London and the immediate surrounding areas.
We would ask that you complete the RFI by 30/07/2021
