Nottingham City Council are planning to put in place a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for all Private Hire Transport Services in the Council to cover vehicle transport for services provided by all Departments ranging from cars through to 52 seater buses and above.

The intention will be to use the DPS to procure all manner of vehicle transport for all manner of services provided by the Council.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Nottingham City Council are planning to put in place a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for all Private Hire Transport Services in the Council to cover vehicle transport for services provided by all Departments ranging from cars through to 52 seater buses and above.

The intention will be to use the DPS to procure all manner of vehicle transport for all manner of services provided by the Council.

An online market engagement event is being held on Thursday 21st July 10:00am to outline how the DPS will operate, gain knowledge of the market, provide assistance in how providers can submit responses for this opportunity and discuss any queries providers may have.

Interested providers are required to register interest by email below.

To register attendance interested providers are required to email lorcan.perry@nottinghamcity.gov.uk by Wednesday 20th July providing the following information:

1) Organisation name; and

2) Names and titles of maximum 2 attendees

The online link for the market engagement will be forwarded through on confirmation of attendance.

Please note this is not a Call for Tender. Any interest shown does not constitute a commitment to participate in a procurement exercise. Failure to show interest does not restrict providers from participating in any procurement exercise.

A decision with regards to Lotting has yet to be finalised. There is no guarantee a procurement process will run. Any procurement opportunity will be advertised on https://procontract.due-north.com website.
