Scope
Description
Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking an experienced consultant(s) to develop Placemaking plans for three primary towns in Carmarthenshire (Ammanford, Carmarthen and Llanelli). The consultant(s) would be required to work alongside the Council and conduct Public Consultation sessions in each of the towns to ensure local communities' views are brought forward in the plans.
