This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.

Reducing unemployment for those with ADHD/likely to have ADHD through Pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.

The contracted service will support patients to return to work and/or access employment. The link between unemployment and poor health is well evidenced and additionally, supporting people back into work will also reduce pressure on healthcare services and mean that they are able to focus on those in need.

Explanation:

This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.

The provider is currently delivering a similar service for the ICB within the Leeds area and therefore has the clinical workforce and clinical/operational leadership already in place to commence the service from April 2025.
