There are no existing framework agreements available to use, a separate contract is set up with VHBio under the existing Terms and Conditions for a 24-month duration

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee.
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
Agreement is being extended now because we halted procedure due to availability of resource and COVID-19 pandemic.
Extension of existing agreement for an additional 24 months until 31/07/2024.
This extension will allow prioritization of resource and ensure project team members have availability to complete procurement activities on time.
