The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to invite bidders to bid for the supply, delivery and after-sales support for a 5.56mm Compact Carbine.
The initial purchase will be for one hundred eighty (180) weapons. it is possible that single or small quantity ad hoc orders may be placed due to operational requirement or to replace damaged weapons etc.
The weapons will be used by the Merseyside’s Authorised firearms officers (AFO)
The contract will be awarded to a single service provider and will be for Merseyside Police only and will not be open to any other authorities.
