Description
Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) are seeking proposals from suitably qualified suppliers for the Provision of Occupational Health, and to include a system/portal within which health information may be stored and the ability to link to iTrent HR system.

The GMCA reserves the right to extend this contract for an additional 2 years (in 12 month increments).

Legal and financial capacity conditions of participation
a) Public Liability - £5,000,000.00 (five million pounds) in respect of any one claim or series of claims arising out of the same event and without limit on the number of claims in any 12-month period;
b) Employers Liability - £5,000,000.00 (five million pounds) each claim;
c) Professional indemnity- £2,000,000.00 (two million pounds) each claim
