George Eliot Hospital and South Warwickshire University Foundation Trust are undertaking the procurement to secure new Endoscopy Management solutions. The aim is to source the latest technological advancements in endoscopic procedures and ensure high-quality patient outcomes and streamlined workflow for our medical staff.
The procurement is for an endoscopy management solution that is either hosted on-premise, or securely in the cloud and provides integrated clinical and administrative functionality.
Administrative functionality required is the end-to-end management of endoscopy administrative process from admission through to discharge that includes:
• Booking patients
• Scheduling
• Record and report procedure and outcome clinical outcomes.
A new solution will enable Endoscopists to, not an exhaustive list:
• Capture high quality images and means to record procedures.
• Enables rapid report generation.
• Automated reporting to JAG, JETs and compliant with NEDi2.1 statutory reporting
• Captures data and enables interrogation of data and information via quality audit capability.
In summary, the aim is to procure an Endoscopy Management Solution that will streamline processes, enhance patient safety, and ensure compliance with national standards.
