We must make sure our residents have the support they need at every stage of their lives if they are to live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives. Our CHCs are perfectly placed to drive this mission, reaching out to our most deprived and isolated residents in the heart of their communities, to link them to accurate, Public Health led advice; and community support that will drive down inequalities and protect their health.
