Estimated timing for further notices to be published: As this Service is listed in Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations, the council will be using the afforded Flexibility of the Light touch Regime to reopen the framework at Interval throughout the length of the Framework to new providers.

The Contracting Authority does not intend to include any community benefit requirements in this contract for the following reason:
Although direct benefit to eligible children, their parents/carers and the ELC sector and workforce there is no community benefit for this procurement.
As the flexible framework it does not provide a guarantee of work, as providers may not uptake Funded ELC, therefore community benefits are not being made mandatory within the tender.
