A call off contract via a further competition carried out on the EN DPS Agreement for Installation, Responsive Repair and Maintenance by EN:Procure on behalf of LHP.

he works are composite door replacement works to properties owned and managed by the Employer within wider Boston and Southern Lincolnshire area

LHP intends to appoint up to 5 contractors to complete these works and the contractors will be distributed works at the sole discretion of LHP.

Door renewal will be for both tenanted and void properties.

Indicative volumes to be shared amongst the successful contractors is provided in Appendix 6, albeit no volume, workflow or value is guaranteed.
