(c) Renewal of batteries, etc as required.
(d) For both the fire and intruder alarm systems a 2-hour emergency call out service is to be provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks of the year including all public holidays and weekends.
(e) Ad hoc repairs and works to intruder alarm and fire alarm systems as may be required from time to time on a schedule of rates/ daywork basis.
