The Council is keen to encourage applications from innovative and flexible services with the experience to support older adults, people who have a learning disability and/or autism, acquired brain injury, physical disability or mental health needs.

A Light Touch Procurement Regime (LTR) will be used to evaluate and work with a range of organisations to form the framework. In line with the LTR, the specification is designed to give flexibility to Providers to deliver creative services based on the needs and outcomes of individuals.
