two.1.4) Short description

Birmingham City Council invites organisations to tender for the provision of Specialist PFI Contract Management Consultancy. The provider will support the Council in relation to the operational management of all PFI Schools/Academy contracts across the Birmingham PFI 4 PFI/FM (Facilities Management) Contracts delivering services to 28 schools. This commissioned contract will manage all the technical administrative, operational and commercial requirements of the Four Schools related PFI Contracts referred to as PPP1, PPP2, BSF1a and BSF1b PFI Contract. The successful organisation will be required to take a lead role in the management and interrogation of the PFI contracts supporting the BCC designated team.The contract is due to commence September 2022. The Contract will last for up to 4 years (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract), on a 1+1+1+ 1 basis, with an extension permissible on an annual basis following the first year, up to a maximum of 4 years.
